- Deemed as Domestic Taxpayer (could be deeemed as Domestic Taxpayer if you are being contracted to work in Indonesia more than 183 day within 1 year period or already live in Indonesia for more than 183 day within 1 year period);
- Work for 1 (one) or more employer;
- Having income more than 60 million rupiah a year;
- Do not eligible to use form 1770 or form 1770SS by Tax Law
